🔄 Return and Refund Policy

How to start a return We want you to love your Mamba Art pieces. If you are not satisfied, please email us at mamba.art@outlook.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Conditions

• Timeframe: Returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Damaged or visibly worn items cannot be refunded.

• Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if the protective seal or packaging has been opened.

• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at mamba.art@outlook.com.

Handmade Note: All our jewelry is entirely handmade. Slight variations in shape or color compared to product images are a sign of artisanal quality and are not considered defects.

Shipping & Costs

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of faulty or incorrect delivery by Mamba Art).

• Risk: We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (Swiss Post).

Refused Deliveries If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to Mamba Art, any return shipping costs incurred from the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount. If the returned package is lost during transit, Mamba Art cannot be held responsible.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
