📏 How to Measure Your Ring Size
1. Measure a Ring You Already Own
Take a ring that fits the desired finger.
Measure the inner diameter in millimeters (mm).
Match the measurement to the chart below.
2. Measure Your Finger With a Strip of Paper
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where the ends meet.
Measure the length (this is the circumference).
Compare with the chart.
Tips
Measure at the end of the day (fingers are slightly larger).
Avoid measuring cold fingers — they shrink.
If you’re between sizes, choose the larger one.
