Return and Refund Policy 🔄

How to start a return

We want you to love your Mamba Art pieces. If you are not satisfied, please email us at mamba.art@outlook.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.


Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition. You may try them on (like in a store), but damaged or visibly worn items cannot be refunded.

  • Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if the protective seal or packaging has been opened.

  • Sale Items: * Switzerland: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

    • EU Customers: Statutory withdrawal rights apply to all items, including sale items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at mamba.art@outlook.com.

  • Handmade Note: All our jewelry is entirely handmade. Slight variations in shape or color compared to product images are a sign of artisanal quality and are not considered defects.


Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of faulty or incorrect delivery by Mamba Art).

  • Risk: We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • International (EU): Please mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" for customs to avoid unnecessary delays or fees.


Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, the package will be returned to us.

In this case:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Any customs charges incurred

  • And the original shipping costs

will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the package is lost during the return process after refusal, Mamba Art cannot be held responsible, as the shipment was refused by the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
