Return Procedure

If you would like to return an item, please email us at mamba.art@outlook.com — we’ll provide you with all the necessary next steps.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at mamba.art@outlook.com upon receiving your delivery. We’ll do our best to find a solution together.
Please note: All our jewelry is entirely handmade. Therefore, slight variations in shape or design compared to the product images may occur and are considered acceptable within reasonable limits.
Return Guidelines

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The jewelry must be in its original condition. You may try on the piece (as you would in a store), but if the item is damaged or visibly worn, we won’t be able to process a refund.

If possible, please use the original packaging when returning your order.

Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. In such cases, Mamba Art reserves the right to return the shipment to your default delivery address.
Responsibility & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a faulty delivery — in this case, Mamba Art will cover the return costs).

If the return shipment is lost or damaged, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund via the same payment method you used. Please note that refunds may take a few working days to appear in your account.
