Return Policy
Return procedure:
We are still working on our return process. If you want to return an Item, please write an E-Mail to
mamba.art@outlook.com. There we will let you know about the next steps of the return process.
If the ordered Item arrives damaged or uncomplete, please write an email to
mamba.art@outlook.com as soon as you receive your delivery. Together we will find a solution.
All our jewelry is completely handmade. This means, that the product images may differ in shape
from the ordered / delivered products within reasonable limits.
Return Guidelines:
As long as the item remains in its original condition and is sent back to Mamba Art within 14 days of
receiving it, we can accept the return.
The returned jewelry must be in its original condition; Of course you can try on the jewelry, as if you
would in a store. But if the jewelry has been damaged or soiled, it will not be refunded. If possible,
please use the original packaging for the return.
It is not possible, to return any item after 14 days. Even if you want to make a return, Mamba Art has
the right to not accept the shipment and send it back to your default delivery address.
This policy strictly excludes items to which a discount code has been applied or sale items.
Responsibility
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are to be borne by the customer (unless it is a faulty
delivery, in which case Mamba Art will of course bear the costs).
If the product is lost or damaged during the return shipment, Mamba Art unfortunately cannot
refund any costs. We therefore recommend sending the shipment with a provider that offers
shipment tracking. As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will let you know and
refund your money.
The refund will be made in the same way as your payment reached us. It may take a few working
days until the refund is visible on your account.)
