Shipping Policy

General shipping information:

Currently Mamba Art only delivers in Switzerland and Germany. We are working on being able to
deliver to other countries soon.
Since all our jewelry is Handmade in our Atelier in Istanbul, it can take up to 4-8 Business Days after
receipt of payment, to arrive to the desired address. Delays may occur depending order volumes.

Shipment Costs:
Switzerland: Free Shipping (A Post)
Germany: Free Delivery for orders over 250 Francs. For orders under 250 francs, we charge a flat-
rate shipping fee of 12 francs.

Duties and taxes:
Deliveries outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees that are not
included in the total price shown. We have no influence on these costs and they must be borne by
the recipient.
As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local
customs office for more information before ordering.
